Shipments are free worldwide in case your order is €100,00 or more; if below you will see your shipping fee automatically calculated depending on the address of shipment. All shipments will be accompanied by an official invoice, which will show the value of the individual items in Euro.
The orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. The delivery time takes around 1-5 working days.
DELIVERY OF ORDER:
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package should appear to have been tampered or damaged, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courrier and to contact LLOFF s.r.l. at email@example.com. All customers who place an order subscribe to a commercial relationship with LLOFF s.r.l. and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the package. If the goods are not delivered for reasons to be dependent on the client (wrong address, recipient always absentee, phone number incorrectly, etc..) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping charges and even if there are customs charges, will be deducted from the refund due to the customer by LLOFF s.r.l.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION:
Shipments for orders over €100 are always free, worldwide.
At the same time please, note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances. We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.
When ordering from Karma of Charme Shop you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level. Contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates to avoid any surprises.
We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If the customer wants to insure the shipment, the additional cost will be €15,00. The taken out insurance will cover accidental damage and theft. Once the shipment arrives at destination, the insurance becomes invalid.
TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to check the progress of the shipment.
